Expecting Hurts to put up a big game is not entirely unrealistic, but on the other side of the ball Oklahoma is really bad on defense. They will also be without defensive end Ronnie Perkins and safety Delarrin Turner-Yell. The Sooners are going to have to try and replicate what Auburn did to try and at least make LSU less dominant on offense. What are they going to do, run a dime defense all game and let Joe Burrow pick them apart?
Oklahoma can score, but they are generally scoring against bad Big 12 teams that have also countered Oklahoma over and over again. Even with an inflated number approaching two touchdowns there’s not a chance I am going to bet against LSU after they laid the wood to Georgia.
