PA sports bettors are making progress on the $500,000 or more Free Bets giveaway.
Draftkings has accepted more than $6,000,000 in wagers from PA players since announcing ‘Break the Book’ last week. The legal betting state is now benefiting from DK’s guarantee to give away a minimum of $500,000 in free bets. The more PA bets at Draftkings, the higher the free bet giveaway total climbs.
TPN is tracking the Keystone State’s progress toward the top tier bonus.
If the PA bets a total of $20 million dollars or more by the end of day on January 26th, all players in the state will get a 10% return on their total wagers made during the promotional period (1/17/20 to 1/16/20).
Currently, PA is at $6,310,000 bet so-far. That means less than $4M more needs to be wagered to get everyone in the state 5% back. Crossing the $14 million dollars total-bets threshold moves this to 7% free bets back.
We predict that will happen, but PA will need to really step on the gas pedal with Big Game betting to get to the ultimate benchmark of 20 million wagered and 10% Free Bets back. Why? Because even though the Big Game happens after the promo period ends, all bets placed on or before January 26th count towards Break the Book.
