Super Bowl 54, Super Bowl LIV, The Big Game Is Here. Tony Bruno Is Bringing The Locks, Live From Miami!
The Supe is on Sunday here in Miami and picking the winner has been one of the most difficult decisions in many years.
Sunday 6:30 PM ET on FOX – San Francisco 49ers vs Kansas City Chiefs
The spread for the big game opened at Chiefs -1.5 and has been bet down to -1. Previously, there have only been three occasions where the Super Bowl spread was 1.5 points or fewer.
The Over/Under for Sunday opened at 51.5, and was bet up to as high as 55. The current number of 54.5 marks the fifth-highest total in Super Bowl history. Of the four totals that were higher, three went under.
San Francisco has the edge defensively and can run the football with so many Kyle Shanahan formations, a great offensive line, the best blocking full back, tight end, and wide outs in football.
Kansas City has the X factor in Patrick Mahomes and his ability to keep plays alive with his legs and amazing accuracy.So what gives?
Turnovers, pressure on Mahomes by the Niners, stout D line, and not sleeping on Jimmy Garapolo will decide the eventual winner. Andy Reid is in his 2nd ever Super Bowl and first for KC in 50 years with many around the NFL rooting for him to get that elusive ring. SF hasn’t won in 25 years and are built to win for a long time.
I have to go with the Chiefs laying the 1 1/2. This line may be close to pick em’ as the kickoff nears, but my gut tells me the time has arrived for a KC masterpiece.
