A true 5-for-5 sports guy, Michael is a loyal fan of the Eagles, Sixers, Phillies, Flyers, and Napoli. However, he will always remain authentic and tell it like it is, unafraid to challenge popular opinion.

Before joining P&I, Michael spent 5 years of his professional career in football operations/player personnel in the NFL and Division I Football, with stops at the Philadelphia Eagles, the NFL Headquarters, and Temple Owls Football. His passion for sports statistics and analytics drove him to earn his Master’s degree in Data Science from Northwestern University, after completing his Bachelor’s in Sports Management at Temple University. Outside of the show, Michael loves being a family man the most, spending his spare time with his wife Jillian and son Michael.

Came out the womb in June, 1992 and a lifelong resident in the Garden State. Worked with the Philadelphia Eagles Equipment Staff from 2011-2013 and now currently an Engineer. Extremely passionate about all sports and live for argumentative debates, but disrespect Tom Brady and I’ll get hella ACTIVATED like the score is 28-3. Allow me to introduce the legend born in 1991, Michael Polidore. Unapologetically himself who believes every word of his crazy unfiltered opinions.

Regretfully, a staunch Philadelphia sports fan, yet, not afraid to keep it real about their current state. An overall sports fanatic who is always ready to get after it in a heated debate and has never lost one. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Alyson, with a beautiful son, Gianni. When Phil’s not switching camera angles and hitting funny sound effects behind the cameras during livestreams, he’s the video content creator for P&I’s social media. Such content creation consists of editing videos, photos, and generating graphics.

Outside of P&I, Phil is a full time Mechanical Engineer (graduating from Temple University in 2014), guitarist of 17 years, and airsoft player of 5 years.
