After picking the right side in Houston on Thursday, but getting hosed by the hook at 3 1/2, we jump into Sunday Week 12 action in the NFL.

Only 3 road favs this weekend in Pittsburgh, Oakland and Detroit. The 2 biggest match ups are the the later games – Dallas at New England at 4:25 and the Sunday Night showdown in San Francisco with the Niners hosting the Packers.

Seattle at Philly was supposed to be a Sunday Night game but was flexed out of prime time for a 1-pm start for a Seahawks team that will feel like it’s 10am. Does that matter? The numbers don’t look good the the up and down Eagles as the offense is now the weakness with a depleted WR core and a jumbled offensive line will remain a problem. Russell Wilson is still the MVP leader and can solidify that status if he continues his mastery on the road where he has owned the AFC and NFC East match-ups: 10-2 ATS and Outright. Seattle is 9-2 ATS in the last 11 away from home and 5-0 outright on the road. How is Philly the favorite? They shouldn’t be. Take the Seahawks as a 1-pt dog.

Tom Brady needs to step up here or run the risk of losing at home and raising the whispers to legit debate about the beast of the AFC, while Dallas mania will dominate the discussion about the NFC’s top team.
