Michelle’s Best Bets for Dodgers vs Rays in Game 3 of the World Series
After a day of rest, the Dodgers and Rays are set to get back at it tonight in game 3 of the World Series. Here are my money line play, players most likely to homer and also my favorite pitcher prop bet for the action. First pitch is at 8:08 PM on FOX.
World Series Game 3: Home Run Potential
Home Run Hitter #1: Corey Seager is +375 to go yard tonight. He has SEVEN homers in this post season along with `6 RBIs. We aren’t getting crazy good value here at +375, but if you want to back a big hitter then Seager might be your man.
Home Run Hitter #2: Brandon Lowe is +525 to hit one in game 3. He has three dingers so-far in the post season. Two of those were in game 2, and he was looking super confident at the plate and on the field. I’m feeling like Lowe has officially heated up.
World Series Game 3: Top Prop
A pitcher must complete 5.5 innings to be credited with an official win. I’m thinking Charlie Morton has a great chance to make it to the 6th tonight, despite what the oddsmakers are telling us with the long number here. Give me Charlie Morton to record the win for +300 (that’s $10 to win $30) at DK Sportsbook.
World Series Game 3: Monyeline Play
I’m backing Tampa to take the lead in the World Series tonight. Why? First of all, Charlie Morton’s ERA is lower than my dating standards at 0.57. If you’re not an expert on pitching, that’s insanely sick (very good). Morton is also virtually un-hittable in must win situations and a win in this one would be very advantageous for Tampa.
Offensively, I think the game 2 uptick in offensive production from Tampa wasn’t a flash in the pan, and Arozerena is due for some big at bats. So, yeah, I’ll go with plus money on the hot pitcher + hot bats tonight.
